优品车，作为一家汽车采购服务提供商，其愿景是成为主要专注于公司专有电池交换技术或UOTTA技术的电动汽车市场参与者。UOTTA技术是一种智能模块化电池交换技术，旨在为电动汽车提供全面的电池电源解决方案。

自2013年开始营运以来，公司主要从事提供车辆采购服务。公司在汽车批发商和买家之间代理汽车销售，包括中小型汽车经销商、个人客户(主要位于三、四线城市)。为此，公司专注于与公司的采购合作伙伴建立业务关系，并开发了一个车辆采购网络。截至本招股说明书日期，公司的汽车采购网络由位于中国二线城市的约100家批发商、30家中小型汽车经销商组成。

从2020年开始，公司逐渐将重点从车辆采购业务转移到开发公司专有的电池交换技术或 UOTTA技术。公司在电动汽车电池交换技术的创新方面建立了内部能力。截至本招股说明书日期，公司在中国拥有 14 项已授权专利和 24 项未决专利申请。 

2021年，凭借多年的汽车行业经验，公司开始与主要汽车制造商合作，通过使用公司的UOTTA技术适配选定的EV车型，共同开发UOTTA动力电动汽车。截至本招股说明书发布之日，公司已与中国两家主要汽车制造商一汽解放青岛汽车有限公司、湖北三环汽车有限公司签订合作协议，共同开发UOTTA 驱动的电动卡车。

公司还与两家电池交换站制造商合作，共同开发和制造与UOTTA 动力电动汽车兼容的 UOTTA 电池交换站。截至本招股书发布之日，公司实现了五个换电站的销售。

Mr. Jia Li has served as the chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer of the Company since June 2021. Mr. Li founded our operative subsidiary, Youpin Automobile Service Group Co., Ltd., in July 2013, and has served as executive director of Youpin Automobile Service Group Co., Ltd. since May 28, 2014. He has over 20 years of business experience in sales and marketing, and over 15 years in management in the automotive industry and the financial industry. From January 2011 to November 2013, Mr. Li was the vice president at SAIC-GMAC Automotive Finance Co., Ltd.. From October 2009 to December 2010, Mr. Li served as the vice president of Siemens Ltd., China, of its SIS North East Asia Financial Leasing services. From February 2009 to April 2009, Mr. Li worked at Hewlett-Packard Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. in China. From August, 1999 to January, 2009. Mr. Li holds a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Information Processing from Chinese Academy of Sciences, an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Maastricht School of Management, and a Master of Finance from Renmin University of China.

赵秉怡 Ms. Bingyi Zhao

Ms. Bingyi Zhao has served as the chief financial officer and a director of the Company since February 2022. Ms. Zhao has over 10 years of experience in the financial sector. She has served as the chief executive officer of our operative subsidiary, Youpin Automobile Service Group Co., Ltd. [优品汽车服务集团有限公司], since July, 2018. From November 2015 to April 2018, Ms. Zhao was the President of Investment Fund Division at Shanghai Huayue Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd, whose LP is a listed company in Hong Kong. From 2012 to 2014, she served as the general manager at Shanghai Kaihong Petroleum Holding Group, a member of the Shanghai Petroleum and Natural Gas Trading Center. From 2011 to 2012, Ms. Zhao was a senior consultant at the Plain Law Firm. From December 2008 to June 2010, Ms. Zhao worked at HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited. From April 2007 to October 2008, Ms. Zhao worked at Citigroup Data Processing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Ms. Zhao obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2004.
